Meet the Directors

Founded in 1978, PROjEN has a long pedigree and in February 2009 the existing management performed a management buy-out of the business supported by the Co-op Bank. Whilst this was a significant milestone in PROjEN's development this did not alter the way PROjEN carries out its business in terms of business culture, or the way the company approaches and serves its clients. More importantly, we have continued to be a 'people business' where the ability of all staff members to contribute and comment on the business strategy remains "key" to PROjEN's success.

One of the major factors in PROjEN's growth has been the involvement of the owner managers and their focus on ensuring a common culture exists throughout the company. The need to 'do what you say you will do' is essential to everyone at PROjEN and the company spends considerable time on the recruitment process to ensure more of the same people are recruited. Our people have a variety of attributes required to ensure we offer our clients the professional service they need. However, they all share the same belief that a lack of politics and mutual trust/respect for each other's skills & experience are the solid foundations for success. Trust is a key element of all we do.
