PROjEN hosted a Macmillan Coffee morning on Friday 30th September which was a great success. The morning consisted of various Cakes, Bakes, Raffles, Games and Prizes, resulting in some generous donations as well as some expanding waistlines. All together, we managed to raise over £225 for a fantastic cause.
We would like to give a special mention to Kim Hough and thank her for organising this event, rallying the troops and making us dust off our aprons.
Prize for the Best Baker went to Tanya ‘the’ Baker
The Spot the Cake winner was Gaynor Wenborn
The raffle winner of the Marvellous Malteaser Cake was Rob Mason.
Thank you all again for your contributions and hopefully it won’t be too long until the next Macmillan Coffee morning!
