Continued Growth and a Confident Future Drive PROjEN’s Move

Cheshire based engineering Project Management Company, PROjEN, currently based in Northwich is to relocate just 7 miles to new and larger premises in Preston Brook. Continued growth following the launch of a range of new services including a portfolio of energy management services has forced the company to outgrow their current premises.

Established over 30 years ago in 1978, PROjEN has operated from the existing site on Winnington Avenue, Northwich for 14 years. Moving to the new premises at Preston Brook will allow PROjEN to continue to grow within its expanding markets. The new premises are 50% larger, offering a better working environment for its employees and room for further growth. The new site provides over 10,000ft² and will be occupied by PROjEN’s 100+ office and site based personnel.

The new office is conveniently located off Junction 11 on the M56 and provides space to facilitate PROjEN’s further 50% growth expectations over the next few years. New facilities include increased parking and office space, kitchens, showers, excellent storage facilities and improved disabled access as well as a far superior climate control system. Jayne Bryan, PROjEN’s new marketing communications recruit comments;

“I am delighted to join PROjEN at this exciting time. Based at the Northwich office the company is bursting at the seams; I do not even have my own desk to work from! The new premises offer PROjEN the space for future expansion and I look forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of the company”.

The move is taking place on 30th October. PROjEN’s Managing Director, Martin Seabrook comments

“PROjEN are extremely pleased to announce this move. We always knew a time would come when we needed to relocate, but the growth in staff numbers over recent years has brought this decision forward. The size, design and overall appearance of the new offices will complement more closely the vision of PROjEN as we strive to reach our company goals in years to come.”
