Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Visitor Screening
In the light of the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, as a responsible organisation, PM PROjEN are limiting business travel and face to face meetings and are encouraging alternative use of communication such as tele- and video-conferencing whenever possible. We are also introducing visitor screening procedures at our offices and are asking all visitors the following questions:
• Have you returned from one of the affected countries* in the past 14 days
• Have you been in close contact with anyone who is resident or has visited one of the affected countries in the past 14 days?
• Have you been in close contact with anyone showing symptoms of the coronavirus in the past 14 days
• Have you any flu-like symptoms such as fever/high temperature, coughing, fatigue or breathing difficulties?
*the affected countries are currently: Italy, Japan, Hong Kong, China, South Korea and Iran.
If any visitor answers YES to any of the above questions then we would ask that they do not visit the office and to liaise with their point of contact to reschedule or arrange an alternative communication method.
In order to avoid a wasted journey it is preferable that any visitors to PM PROjEN offices pre-screen themselves using the questions above and if they consider that they will answer positively to any then they should not visit. We request that you advise any colleagues who have dealings with PM PROjEN of our visitor screening procedure.
Of course, the current situation is very fluid and this procedure will be reviewed regularly and is subject to change at short notice.
PM PROjEN management would like to thank you for your cooperation.
