PROjEN announce first graduate recruit

PROjEN, the specialist award winning Project Management Company based at Northwich in Cheshire, are please to announce that Liang Liu joined the company on Tuesday 12th September as the first success in the company’s new graduate recruitment programme.

Having seen the workforce increase by over 20 employees in the last 12 months, PROjEN has entered the graduate recruitment market in an attempt to fill medium and long term skills gaps that could arise following a sustained period of growth by the company.

Liang has joined as a graduate project engineer and her role will focus on managing a portfolio of minor projects designed to enhance the manufacturing capabilities of a pharmaceutical plant in the South East of England. This will include design, procurement, commissioning and validation of process equipment used in drug manufacture and packaging.

Liang has lived in the UK for the last 4 years and has an MSc from Imperial College London. She has previous work experience at Mahle Filter Systems and Hailiang Precision Mechanism.

The role has been developed to enable Liang to gain a broad understanding of the skills required to work in the pharmaceutical industry by exposure to many of the key disciplines surrounding the role of a senior project engineer.
