PROjEN celebrates its 15th year working with Pharma Client

PROjEN the award winning Project Management Company based in Cheshire have recently renewed their alliance agreement with a major North West based Pharmaceutical firm for the 15th year running.

PROjEN first got involved with the confidential client when they wanted to outsource their drawing office service and the work was put out to competitive tender. PROjEN was chosen out of a short-list of 9 companies and once chosen began working on a portfolio of projects. Over the years, the client has operated under a number different owners and each merger and subsequent name change has meant a new set of working practices to be adopted by PROjEN.

Over the years, PROjEN have maintained a core team of site based personnel, flexing numbers up and down in-line with the client’s needs. The completion of projects has drawn on a number of services such as Health and Safety/CDM Support, process engineering and PROjEN’s energy efficiency expertise.

For 2009 PROjEN are already in discussions with the client over a number of new projects including the replacement of R22 refrigerant in their chillers. The client is keen to replace the refrigerant to comply with the legislative changes due to take effect on 31st December 2009.

Tony Lea, PROjEN’s Operations Director commented “I am very pleased that this client has chosen to renew our contract for the 15th year running and that once again they value our service. Over the years we have grown up with them and each change to their business has meant a change to ours to maintain synergy savings. Our core site team is excited by the prospect of continuing the good work done to date and we will be using our experience and the best practice obtained with our other key clients to ensure a truly efficient and cost effective service”
