Our Project Management team is made up of a number of highly experienced and dedicated Project Managers who can operate across all of our market sectors. Our Project Managers enjoy working collaboratively with our clients and concentrate on delivering exactly what was promised. A number of Project Managers and Engineers are site based, supporting our client alliance contracts. All of our Project Managers are trained in our in house Project Management Systems and Processes, which are based around the ECI ACTIVE principles of working in a culture of collaboration.
